Its been a while since I last made some decent (or any) Pokémon cards... So I'm kinda rusty at faking 
The story behind this card came from a rumor that had been spread back when I was in elementary school that there literally was a "Golden Rayquaza" card out there somewhere...and now it has been found....er um made!
