My flight instructor is always telling me stuff like this during our lessons in the 172 Skyhawk. I'm glad he tells me this stuff, not only is is quite funny at times (pilots sometime have some of the weirdest jokes 
) because its very helpful, especially when I do my solo for my licence in a couple of years. (Wish me luck! 
)
I also want to give a thanks to all our military veterans, as for today is not only 11/11/11 but Veterans Day.
I'll be doing more pilot quotes like this sometime.
